  Update: I’ve lived here the past few years and I had no complaints for a really long time. Miller Valentine owned this place and it was a nice place to live. However, a new company has recently taken over and I already have complaints. It has snowed about three times and they have YET to send a company out to plow snow or apply salt. Not only is it dangerous for residents, it’s very disappointing bc MV ALWAYS made sure the sidewalks and parking lots were clear. MV also used to have a company clean the buildings once per week but this company has no had anyone out to clean since taking over. I can only imagine the quality here will decrease drastically. This place does get points for being in a great location; close to shops, restaurants, and highways.

  My family has been living here for almost 9 years and we are very please with the service of the office managers, especially the current office manager. Service is always quick, efficient, and to our best interest. The service care is the best aspect of living here at Cedar Trail!
